Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains how Bridgewright Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through bridgewright.ai, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Who we are

Bridgewright Ltd is a New Zealand company. For anything about your personal information, email [email protected].

What we collect

  • Details you give us. When you fill in a form (for example to get a sample report, ask a question or book a call) we collect your name, email address and anything you write in the form.
  • Bookings. If you book a call, we receive your name, email address, the time you chose and any answers you give. Calls are held on Microsoft Teams.
  • Emails. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security services record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or rent your information.

How we use it

  • To send you what you asked for (for example a sample report) and to reply to you.
  • To arrange and hold calls you book with us.
  • To send occasional emails about our work, if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure and stop spam.

Services that process your information

We use a few trusted providers to run the site and our communication. Some store information outside New Zealand (for example in the United States or the European Union):

  • Kit (ConvertKit): email sign-ups and emails we send.
  • Microsoft 365 (Bookings, Teams, Outlook): bookings, calls and email.
  • Cloudflare and DigitalOcean: security, performance and hosting for this website.
  • Form spam protection, which may check that a form is filled in by a person.

We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work and stay secure (for example Cloudflare’s security cookies). We don’t use cookies for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 20 working days. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
